IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING BETTER:

YOUR SMILE MAKES OUR DAY!

We know there's nothing in the world that gives us more joy than helping you restore your health.
At Dr. Pat Shu, ND, we have the passion, dedication, commitment and knowledge to make that happen.

BEFORE:

I first came across holistic and Naturopathic healthcare when I did my own personal research from reading books about the body and the philosophies behind alternative, and conventional medicine. I made the decision towards a holistic approach, but what really encouraged me to see Dr. Pat Shu was a book by Paul Chek, that gave me a more depth of knowledge and influenced the way I viewed health and my well being over all. If it were not for that book I wouldn’t be in front of Dr. Shu’s office today.

I was 23 years old when I first saw Dr. Pat Shu but prior to her I’d been to many traditional medical doctors, and one pervious Naturopathic DR. that didn’t assess me fully. Hence why I went looking for a different doctor. Before I made an appointment with the Dr. Shu, I researched her page and saw so many reviews that I felt like I genuinely found a Dr. that would understand my problems and assess me properly.

The first day I saw her I was there for about 2 and a half hours, but I understood that I’m paying a premium for her services because I truly believed in her service to help people. At such a young age, I had bronchitis asthma and always had a weak immune system which lead to many hospital visits and the over use of inhalant steroids that caused me to have a more suppressed immune system that lead me to have infections such as foot fungus and having the chicken pox virus when I was 18.  I knew something was wrong because this caused my lymph nodes to swell up in my pelvic region, neck, and head, but doctors wouldn’t listen. I’m truly grateful for Dr. Pat Shu because she went out of her way to make sure my appointments were convenient for my work schedule. She would take me in at 6 a.m. as well as on the weekends.  She also gave me a list of foods that I am allergic to and how much protein I should intake according to my body weight and activity level.  Starting medication, I had to drink and I bathed in herbs, which really helped. There were a few hiccups along the way, but I feel that is part of the process. I extend my hand out in gratitude to Dr. Pat Shu for treating and helping me with the conditions I had. 2 and a half months later my skin conditions and foot fungus cleared up and my lymph nodes reduced in size. I would recommend Dr. Shu to anyone dealing with underlying problems and a need for more profound answers, and to her I say thank you.
